Skope is a typographic experiment based on horizontal stress and also a recreation of the extreme style of master comic letters such as Josep Coll or Manuel Urda on the pages of the classic TBO (Barcelona, Spain, 1917-1998) or the our contemporary favorites Francesc Capdevila -Max- and Joost Swarte. The proportions and some of the fundamental features of Skope are inspired by the headline of the magazine Triunfo (Valencia, Spain, 1946-1982). The numbers come from a kitchen clock from the 70s photographed in the distance in a secondhand store.
