The Eixample project is inspired by modernist signage of various examples found in the Eixample neighbourhood in Barcelona. The name of each subfamily is related to its location or to specific elements of the original sign. In this initial collection we worked on three families: Dip (with the source signage of Farmacia Específicos Diputación, on the street of the same name), Glaces (based on an old logo and the famous Espuñes shop) and Villa (from the pharmacy located on Villarroel Street).
